The Development Action Plan Timeline

One of the things the Vice President you met has asked your Franchise Developer to complete is a Development Action Plan. This is a concise timeline showing where we are at today through attending Meet The Team Day, being awarded the franchise, attending training, and ultimately all the way up to your Grand Opening!  We believe it is important to clarify our expectations so that your Franchise Developer and you are in tune before they present your candidacy to the Executive Committee for approval. 

It is important to understand that the timeline your Franchise Developer has provided has been customized for PIRTEK's ideal opening timeline, your personal situation and goals, and the funding path you have chosen.

This is, however, a fluid document, and your Franchise Developer can adjust based on your individual needs, goals, and feedback.
