Mutual Evaluation Guide
Explore the process

Brand Overview

Take a closer look at the PIRTEK business model, the role of an owner, and the systems and support behind the brand. As you watch, consider how the opportunity aligns with your goals and what you’d like to explore in our next conversation. Then complete the three items in your checklist so we can evaluate the next step together.

Your Diagnose Call

Your Diagnose Call is a focused conversation with your franchise coordinator about your background, goals, and what you’re looking for in business ownership. We’ll introduce the PIRTEK business model, discuss the role of an owner, and answer your initial questions. The conversation helps both of us begin evaluating whether there’s a strong fit. If we choose to move forward together, your coordinator will walk you through the next steps in the mutual evaluation process.

The path ahead

  1. Diagnose Current phase

Get to know each other, explore the PIRTEK business model, and complete your qualification materials. Your coordinator will review your information before you move into Validation.

  2. Validation

Hear from current owners, explore territory and funding options, and review the Franchise Disclosure Document. Build a fuller understanding of the opportunity and the responsibilities of ownership.

  3. Seeking Approval

Meet with franchise leadership and, if invited, attend Meet the Team Day. Both sides evaluate the fit before your candidacy is presented for executive approval.

  4. Independence and Success

Once approved and agreements are complete, work with the PIRTEK team on the training, preparation, and steps toward launching your business.
